Return & Exchange

At SaadgeeNilay, we follow a strict no-refund policy on all orders.

Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we request you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. A clear package opening video is mandatory to process such requests.

We offer exchange within 7 working days from the date of approval. Please note, SaadgeeNilay reserves the right to decline any request if the product is returned beyond the given timeframe or found used, altered, or damaged.

All return or exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Any final decision regarding exchange or store credit will be at the sole discretion of Team SaadgeeNilay.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Exchange is subject to product availability. We cannot assure the same design or colour for replacement. We recommend confirming availability before requesting an exchange.

Only one exchange is allowed per order. Multiple requests for the same product will not be entertained.

Products purchased during sale are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – SaadgeeNilay

We do not offer exchange, return, refund, or cancellation on international orders.

In case of duplicate payment, refunds will be processed only to an Indian bank account. Any transaction or bank charges incurred during the purchase will not be refunded. Only the net amount received by us will be credited back.

Orders involving stitching or any kind of customization are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
